We're looking for a curious and driven Junior Estimator to support our landscaping and excavation estimating team. In this role, you'll assist with preparing accurate cost estimates, gathering information, and maintaining records to help us deliver competitive bids and successful projects. If you're eager to learn, comfortable working with numbers and plans, and excited about building a career in construction, this is a great opportunity to get started.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in reviewing project plans, drawings, and specifications Performing takeoffs and calculating material and resource quantities Gathering pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractor services Supporting the Senior Estimator in preparing draft estimates and proposals Conducting basic site research and assessing project requirements Organizing estimate documentation and maintaining pricing databases Helping prepare bid submissions and tracking bid outcomes Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and availability Communicating with project teams to align estimates with goals and timelines
What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or a related industry (preferred) Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field (preferred) Basic knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$24.50 per hour
