In summary, Digital Solutions mandate is to pursue solutions that remove barriers and make peoples lives better!About the Junior Digital Solutions Engineer Role:Junior Digital Solutions Engineers operate and maintain technical solutions that support/enable Humbers business outcomes. They also assist in designing, building, and securing new products/services under the guidance of (Senior) Digital Solutions Engineers. Solutions typically include hardware, software, people, procedures, and/or data. Day-to-day activities include assisting with the following: (1) performing the work; (2) evolving the continuous delivery pipeline; (3) building in quality; (4) adapting to change; (5) decomposing stories; (6) owning estimates; (7) sizing stories; and (8) shipping features. Junior Digital Solution Engineers are expected to stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies.QualificationsAbout You:

Three year diploma/degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology ManagementExperience/Skills
Minimum three years of hands-on experience in large, complex environments helping to design, build, operate, maintain, and secure enterprise-class solutions of a digital nature.
