Job Summary:
Junior Power Platform Developer
In this role, you'll be part of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Program, where you'll help solution and develop power platform solutions for various departments across the organization.
What you'll be doing:Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI where applicable)
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements
Develop and deploy simple Power Platform applications and process automations based on business requirements
Create, update, and maintain technical and end-user documentation for developed solutions
Collaborate with business users and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new automations and enhancements
Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions
Assist with data integrations, connectors, and system configurations within the Power Platform environment
Stay up to date with Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.
What you'll have:Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field -- or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with basic application development concepts and troubleshooting
Experience supporting or maintaining IT applications or digital tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have:Experience in low-code/no-code development.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development
