The Role:

We're looking for a Junior Cook to join our small but mighty team! If you have some kitchen experience, can handle a solo shift, and want to help shape a streamlined, crowd-pleasing menu, this could be your yellow brick road to a fun new gig.

What You'll Do:

Run the kitchen solo during evening service (Wednesday-Saturday, starting around 4pm) Prep, cook, and plate food to order, ensuring quality and consistency Collaborate with management to keep the menu simple, delicious, and efficient Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety standards Bring a positive, team-focused attitude to work every shift

Schedule:

Evenings, Wednesday to Saturday (shifts start ~4pm) Kitchen closes at 8pm (Wed/Thurs) and 9:30-10pm (Fri/Sat) Flexibility for special events a plus!

Compensation:

$19-$21 per hour, plus a share of the tips

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in a commercial kitchen (line cook, prep cook, or similar) Comfortable working independently Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Eager to contribute ideas for menu improvements Committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for all

Must have a valid Food Safe certificate before starting
