This position is ideally suited for someone with some experience working in a conveyancing, is proficient in the use of all modern office technologies (email, internet, PDF docs, etc.) and has excellent customer service skills.
This position provides work flexibility in a friendly and dynamic office. Email resume and cover letter.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing correspondenceand other documents using various Microsoft applications
Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
Qualifications:
At least twoyears' experience in a busy real estate practice
Strong technical skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office.
