We are currently looking for a team-oriented Junior Controls Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with the electrical development of automated machine solutions.

Responsibilities of the Junior Controls Designer:

Design schematics for automated machinery Provide input to the Controls team Specify and order electrical components for associated schematics Attend all project-related meetings (kick-off meetings, design reviews, wrap-ups) Collaborate with Controls and Electrical teams to set goals and manage project performance Develop electrical design packages, schematics, panel layouts, wiring, and bill of materials (BOM)

Education, Skills and Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or robotics and automation, or relevant experience. Must demonstrate a strong ability to conceptualize and create solutions for complex design requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
