Job Summary
Lead the crew and act as the employer's representative on the job. Follow project plans and schedules. Plan and co-ordinate activities with other crews on the job site. Supervise the crew's daily and weekly activities.

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed by technicians.
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams in areas such as blueprint reading, estimating costs, and implementing best practices in construction techniques.
• Facilitate effective communication between all technicians involved in the project.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly while ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports on labor hours, materials used, and any changes made to the original plans.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints effectively is required for this position.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
