The Junior Construction Project Manager will play a key role in supporting and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects from planning through completion. You'll work closely with senior project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, estimating, pricing, and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project operations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; provide regular progress updates to the team and clients.
Support in reviewing contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits to confirm compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
Organize and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate reports.
Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (50% remote, 50% in-office).
MUST:
1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination, site supervision, or a related role.
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. (preferred but not required)* Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
