Summary

We are seeking a skilled Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vaughan, ON, Canada. In this pivotal role, you will aid in the oversight of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals and our commitment to quality service. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution. Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and requirements. Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations. Utilize project management software to track milestones and deliverables. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality. Foster strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Junior Construction Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ProCore, Primavera P6). Excellent blueprint reading skills and understanding of schematics. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
