Position Summary

This position is responsible for starting, loading, and operating Computerized Numerical Control machines (CNC). This includes inspecting finished product; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. There is a great opportunity for advancement and growth in various directions inside the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Start and lock down CNC machines Load CNC machines with stone using overhead cranes and vacuum lift system Prepare materials for the next manufacturing project Unload and inspect the finished product, and move it to the polishing area for final processing Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions Communicate project information to other team members Work in a safe manner that comply with all safety guidelines Contribute to team efforts and complete other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Good computer skills Operating CNC machine experience Experience working with stone countertop production Attention to details Outstanding attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
