Our Engineering Design Organization has a new opportunity for a Junior Civil Design Technologist ready to join one of our Waterloo, Mississauga, Markham, Newmarket, Toronto or Whitby office. As the successful candidate, you will use your technical abilities as part of the Civil team to work on municipal infrastructure projects such as road reconstruction, trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines, stormwater, wastewater collection and water transmission distribution projects. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and drawing detailed design drawings
• Execute design calculations for sanitary sewers, storm sewers and watermain
• Assist with preparation of technical memorandum\'s, letters, and reports
• Developing design/construction documents and specifications
• Attend and participate in client/team progress meetings including preparation of meeting records

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

• College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• Experience with MS Office and Civil3D
• MicroStation and InfraWorks experience would be considered an asset
• 1 or more years of experience in Consulting would be considered an asset
• Self-motivated quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• G class driver\'s license
• OACETT membership/eligibility would be considered an asset
