The Roll in a Nutshell

Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including: Demolition Structural Framing Window & Door installation Insulation Trim Carpentry Exterior finishing Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean

What We're Looking For:

1- 3 years in residential renovations/construction Driver's License and own transportation College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required. First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required. You aspire for a long-term career in construction. You have a real passion for working with your hands and building. You enjoy variety in what you do. You are eager to learn and develop your skills. You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product. You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.
