Position: Junior Bid Coordinator

Your profile:
- Bilingual to communicate with customers and stakeholders all over the world
- Some experience in admin/coordination (1 year is good, junior profile that is curious and wants to grow)
- Experience from events industry is ideal
- Must be good with numbers and simple math
- Very detail oriented, meticulous, attentive, proactive
The role involves gathering all prices from suppliers to prepare the estimation document. The person does not need to have knowledge of the industry; they will simply collect the information and compile it. This is the entry position in their projects and operations but can definitely grow!
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales director in various tasks related to projects or sales
- Gather information and prepare estimates for the sales team
- Maintain project details using internal programs
- Effectively exchange project-related information/requirements with internal stakeholders, the company\'s customer service, the company\'s local service centers, and internal services through emails, electronic forms, phone, or in person
- Manage the existing customer database using HubSpot and QuoteWerks to ensure all communications are recorded and identified
- Maintain and establish new relationships with quality suppliers
- Research and enter data related to sales and/or projects
