We are seeking out a talented Associate Designer to join our team!

Looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable on a construction sites and has a vehicle. Eager to learn and grow. Self motivated and can work independently.

Min. 2-3 years experience in residential design

Looking for someone who:

- is obsessed with all things Interior Design

- looking to be a part of every aspect of the design process

- Drafting in AutoCAD based on S&Co standards

- Assist in uploading fixtures and finishes to construction management software

- Assist in updating file management

- Assist in setting up mood boards for presentations

- Assist in concept development with direction from senior designer

- Assist during site measures

- Assist in construction drawing sets to be reviewed by senior designer

- Knowledge of buildertrends an asset but not a must have

- Knowledge of Enscape required

- Knowledge of Ontario building codes & design standards

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, sketchup, Adobe, google suite

- 3D modeling in sketchup

- Personal time management

- Organized

- Collaborative working environment

- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior designer

- Attend photoshoots, assist senior designer with set up and take down

- Pick ups and drop offs, car is a must

- Sample returns

- Sample library organization as per direction from senior designer

- Assisting in administrative duties as required

- Paint orders, pick ups and drop offs

- Maintaining physical project boards (keeping renderings and drawings up to date, as well as the finishes)

- Assisting with office organization
