Reporting to the Senior Associate, Data Protection in our Legal department, is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team with a global remit in an entry level role. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Assist the Data Protection Office general administration, such as task management and team meeting summaries
• Co-ordinate the preparation of various reports such as board, committee and forum reports
• Support the Data Protection team in the administration of the OneTrust application, overseeing its daily operations
• Contribute to the maintenance of various Data Protection logs, records and plans
• Providing input for training and awareness exercises within the organisation
• Support execution of monitoring activities
• Provide assistance in the execution of data protection assessments, ensuring accuracy in completion
• Participate in reviews of regulatory updates and changes
• Willingness to upskill and gain further qualifications

Qualifications

Applications are welcome from individuals who have completed a degree, third level qualification or have previous experience in an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong skills in communication, organisation and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
