We are looking for a Junior Art Director who understands the creation of visual materials for social media, print and web platforms, working with Grid Communications and it\'s clients. Candidates should have an up-to-date portfolio, have excellent communication skills and experience with Adobe products. Responsibilities:

• Design and produce art pieces based on approved designs and concepts.
• Monitor and manage workflow of projects.
• Be responsible for all aspects of the design process, including, but not limited to, brainstorming, sketching, creating thumbnails, working with clients, and finalizing artwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years\' design/art direction experience preferred; one year\'s experience in an agency environment required; understanding of adobe premiere is preferred.
