Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting architectural design and project execution across residential and commercial construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced drafting and modeling tools to bring architectural concepts to life.
This will be on a 6 month contract with opportunity for extension or full time employment. Pay is per hour and is based
solely on experience
of applicant.Experience:
Min. 1 year preferred, but not mandatory. (Willing to train) pay is reflective.
Duties Include:
3D modeling in Revit Building Design Rendering in Twinmotion and AI + Photoshop Site visits 3D point cloud scanning Preparation of permit packages
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit required. Previous construction experience preferred. Must be able to provide own transportation. Building code knowledge required.
