What you will do:



Work within a cross-functional team Monitor, maintain and restore service for applications to ensure service level agreements are met Support existing systems and assist in root cause analysis and resolution Analyze and complete ad-hoc report requests Document and communicate assigned work and issue Report and coordinate incident with minimum guideline Help to develop the knowledge assets required for application support and operation. Support after business hour and weekend IT related activities on rotational basis. (ex: production deployment, server patching and disaster recovery exercises) Provide after business hour on-call support on rotational basis

The Requirements Needed:



Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology Programming experience in SQL and C# Knowledge of relational databases and MS SQL server Windows Server experience Ability to learn fast from internal and external resource Able to identify problem, collect information and resolve issue with minimum guidance Abe to identify and report incident from issue with guidance Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of application monitoring and ticket system operations Knowledge of support and operation practice, concepts, technology and tool stacks

Education:



Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology
