**This role is a 16-month internship placement. The internship is expected to begin May 2026.**

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll provide support and solutions for our helpdesk and various business issues, critical processes and applications.
  • Assist with management of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reporting primarily using T-SQL.
  • Develop processes related to data cleansing, data quality and data consolidation.
  • Collaborate with all business units to obtain data and reporting requirements, manage and standardize all reporting, and test to ensure the accuracy of the data delivered.
  • Automate data extracts and integration of data to reduce manual effort and provide a consistent ongoing data access capability.
  • Make recommendations for reporting that would better meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and document available data sources and data flows.
What You Bring to the Table
  • You're enrolled in a post-secondary program. (Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • You know your way around Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • You're experienced in identifying and documenting business and functional requirements, business processes, workflow analysis and documentation.
  • You're already familiar with multi-dimensional data modeling, predictive modeling, data architectures, and IT processes (ETL Tools and Report Development).
  • Bonus points if you've worked with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio and SQL Server.
