About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional

AI Solutions Contractor

to help us architect, prototype, and deliver advanced AI-driven platforms in three critical domains:

AI-Powered Sales Agents

- intelligent, conversational systems that drive engagement and accelerate deal flow.

Fraud Detection Software

- machine learning tools that analyze documents, transactions, and patterns to flag risk in real time.

Tokenization Platform

- secure, FINMA-aligned digital infrastructure enabling compliant asset tokenization and custody.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop AI Solutions

: Build and refine prototypes leveraging leading AI frameworks and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Hugging Face).

Fraud Detection & Compliance

: Create fraud detection workflows using data from live, reputable global sources, with strong adherence to

FINMA, AML, and KYC regulations

.

Tokenization Projects

: Support the design of blockchain-based platforms, smart contract integration, and compliant custody solutions.

Systems Integration

: Collaborate with internal teams to connect AI capabilities across sales, compliance, and tokenization pipelines.

Documentation & Reporting

: Produce clear technical documentation and compliance-aligned workflows for internal and regulatory review.

Qualifications

Proven track record in

AI/ML engineering and deployment

. Strong experience with

AI frameworks and conversational agents

. Working knowledge of

financial compliance, fraud detection, or RegTech systems

. Exposure to

blockchain/tokenization platforms

(Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.) is a strong asset. Self-starter with the ability to

deliver independently, remotely, and under deadlines

. Excellent communication skills, able to present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
