Your opportunity

Our Sydney, Nova Scotia office is looking for a Junior Administrator/Receptionist to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:

  • High volume scanning of files and maintenance of filing systems
  • Answering calls & webform requests to book appointments
  • Drafting documents, letters and various correspondence including process mail outs
  • Entering documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in an insolvency database, preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings
  • Report analysis, payment monitoring, receiving funds and receipting transactions
  • Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization

Your experience and education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service experience
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not a requirement
  • Must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Post-secondary education is an asset but not a requirement
  • Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not a requirement
