Northern Spruce Media Inc. is a full-service media company specializing in real estate photography, video, and iGuide 3D virtual tours. We are rapidly expanding into creative content creation, social media management, strategy and brand identity design.

Job Type:

Part Time Contract.

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $19/hour - Depending on experience.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Manager/ Client Care specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects within our company. You will work closely with management, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to our quality standards.

Responsibilities:



Schedule meetings, bookings and coordinate project timelines. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Work with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution. Coordinate team members deadlines to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Track project progress and communicate updates to internal teams and clients. Ensure adherence to our processes, quality standards, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:



A diploma or degree in project management, business administration, media studies, or a related field. Previous experience (1-2 years) in project management or coordination, ideally within a creative agency environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within cross-functional teams. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and tools.

Bonus:



Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Notion, Excel). Real Estate Knowledge.
