RATANA is a leading outdoor furniture wholesaler based in Vancouver Canada. We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. This position is full-time at our head office in Vancouver, BC Canada.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and support accounting manager and other accounting staff to successfully execute various account tasks Handle daily operations within the scope of accounts payable Keep track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc., in compliance with financial policies and procedures Process payments and verify financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers Assist accounting manager to prepare and file sales taxes in Canada and US Handle full set of books of a small subsidiary Prepare regular and ad hoc accounting reports to management

Requirements

College graduate in accounting Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV an asset Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
