About the Opportunity
- Client invoicing
- Recording of receivables and resolving discrepancies
- Recording of vendor payables and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries
- Processing statements and payments (varying parties/streams)
- Completion of reconciliations as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping/data entry experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, comfortable working with ERP systems, client system is Applied EPIC
- Experience within the insurance industry is an asset
- Enrolment in CPA program is an asset
$25 - $27/Hour
