As a leading real estate development company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to handle crucial accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment and recording of invoices and receipts.

Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain organized filing systems for supporting documents, both in hard copy and electronic formats, following company policies and safeguarding confidentiality.

Take charge of inventory management, including purchase tracking, sales records, and stock reconciliation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and vendors to gather financial information and address inquiries efficiently.

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

2-year College diploma in accounting or a related field.

Previous experience as a junior accountant in the construction industry is an asset.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Premier) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high transaction volumes and documentation.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Experience with inventory management.
