- Compensation: Upto 70k.
- Please note, this will be a hybrid role (once a week at the Ottawa office)

- Assist with preparing monthly journal entries.
- Reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts (AP, AR, and banking).
- Complete payroll and pension submissions on a bi-weekly basis.
- Process employee travel and expense claims.
- Fixed-Asset accounting.
- Prepare monthly and annual working papers.
- Ensure adherence to PE GAAP
- Ensure all financial deadlines are met in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complete accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Must have a Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration.
- Must be enrolled in CPA Designation
- Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting including GAAP, cost, and job (project) accounting.
- Experience completing payroll is an Asset.
- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and Formulas).
