Responsibilities:

-Maintaining an accurate vendor list

-Entering high a volume of vendors invoices

-Preparing vendor account reconciliation; business bank account & Credit Card reconciliation

-Issuing and verifying Purchase Orders

-Prepare journal entries

-Prepare month end closing

-Other accounting duties requested by management

Qualifications:

-Post-secondary education in accounting or related field

-3+ year of experience in Accounts Payable

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Great attention to detail

-Ability to handle a fast paced environment

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel

-Experience in various accounting software such as Yardi

-Self-starter & eager to learn
