Our Junior Account will be responsible for providing support to Senior accountants while still supporting AR related responsibilities.

RESPONSBILITES:

Bank Reconciliation GL reconciliations assigned Assisting Senior Accountants with Financial Statements Assisting Senior accountants with the budget process Assisting Senior accountants with reporting preparation for operational meetings Journal Entry posting and update recurring entries Assist in preparation in yearend files Preparing GST/PST Reporting Assist in Parts inventory allocation Intercompany reconciliation AR Postings, payments & refund processing Assist AP in Payments processing preparation/back up Reception coverage Assist in process enhancements Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION &

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent Customer Service Skills Strong attention to detail Accounting Diploma or Equivalent in experience required. Strong computer skills Strong excel skills Ability to analyze data accurately * Strong communication skills
