Duties and Responsibilities:??
Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Prepare and deliver regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers.
Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities to increase top of sales funnel.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and services and enhance the customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including key performance indicators and customer interactions.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including vendor setup, preparation of compliance documentation, and generation of internal reports.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support ongoing company growth and operational needs.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
Qualifications and Requirements:??
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive communication approach
Previous experience with B2B sales, or engineering
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with scheduling, multi-tasking, or working with deadlines to prioritize tasks
Fluency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Ability to work autonomously
High Attention to detail
Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
