We're looking for an IT System Adminwho will lead technical projects while providing expert-level support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative--whether that means deploying infrastructure, optimizing business applications, or troubleshooting complex issues.

Key Responsibilities



Project Implementation



Assist in the planning, execution, and ownershipof IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, and application deployments. Identify business needs and implement solutions that improve IT efficiency and security. Lead migrations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Advanced Technical Support & Infrastructure Management



Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networked systems. Monitor performance and security across the IT environment, implementing proactive solutions. Support Windows Server (2012-2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365. Manage firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and wireless configurations as part of broader IT initiatives.

End-User & Helpdesk Support (Hands-On When Needed)



Support users across multiple locations with hardware, software, and system access issues. Act as a Microsoft 365 expert, providing guidance and training on its tools. Ensure proper IT documentation, user guides, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications



Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Proven experience leading IT projects from start to finish. Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based services. Strong troubleshooting ability across networking, hardware, and business applications. Familiarity with automation, scripting, and reporting tools (Power BI experience is an asset). Excellent communication skills and ability to take ownership of technical initiatives. Ability to juggle multiple tasks--handling high-level projects without neglecting critical support needs.
