Profession: Junior Surface Land/Right-of-Way Land Analyst - Airdrie, Alberta

Responsibilities include...

Prepare professional surface land and right of way documentation to support project teams and clients Provide professional administrative and coordination support for the surface land team Assist with third-party applications and agreements related to surface land and right of way Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to surface land Maintain, organize and update processes related to surface land management

Solid skills in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently Detail oriented and focused with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities Natural problem-solver who can identify and implement practical solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both teammates and clients
