Junior Support Analyst
to support our team of analysts. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business, with room for advancement and skill development.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting survey projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. We provide consulting services, design survey programs, and build reporting frameworks to help our clients turn data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Support program development, questionnaire design, and sample selection
Manage and monitor online surveys
Update clients on survey progress and respond to participant inquiries
Assist in cleaning and filtering data, and identifying errors in code or reports
Translate complex data into clear, engaging, and actionable outputs
Demonstrate strong research design and analytical thinking
Work closely with the team to prioritize needs and identify process improvements
About You
A university degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Information Management, or Statistics)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, filters, graphs, picture tools, basic macros, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong analytical and report writing skills
Great time management and organizational abilities across multiple projects
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
HTML/CSS skills are a bonus
