Position Summary
Reporting directly to the company\xe2\x80\x99s Setup Manager, this role will focus on ensuring a smooth and
professional experience for new clients from the point of sale to completion by providing excellence in
customer service.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xa7 Audit and adjust Analytics
\xef\x82\xa7 Map audits
\xef\x82\xa7 Customer contact/procedure audits
\xef\x82\xa7 Send out document to customer outlining current day/night views after each analytic/site audit
\xef\x82\xa7 Monthly Hard Drive audits
\xef\x82\xa7 Daily Project cam audits
\xef\x82\xa7 Complete audit projects when necessary
\xef\x82\xa7 Audit excess alarms cameras/sites to improve analytics
\xef\x82\xa7 Communicate camera obstructions to customers
\xef\x82\xa7 Communicate lack of coverage to Sales
\xef\x82\xa7 Communicate lighting issues to Monitoring
