What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for potential customers--jumping on inbound leads quickly.
Connect with prospects by phone, email, and CRM to understand their needs.
Book qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Rep to close.
Keep track of all conversations and updates in our CRM (Hubspot).
Support prospects through the sales process and partner with our Customer Success team for smooth onboarding.
Stay on top of follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Contribute to outreach campaigns and promotions.
Represent Patronscan at industry events, expos, and conferences to build connections.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (B2B or B2C).
Experience in bars, clubs, or the nightlife industry is a huge plus--but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional style.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce (or willingness to learn).
Positive, go-getter attitude with a hunger to learn and grow into a top sales performer.

Base salary plus uncapped commission potential and quarterly/annual performance bonuses.
+ Based on annual sales targets, the goal would be a 50-50 split of salary to commission with a base salary of $50,000. Happy to dive into more details throughout the hiring process!
