What You'll Do

As a Jr. Sales Advisor , you'll represent

TELUS

while building skills that go far beyond sales. Your day-to-day will include:

Connecting In Person

- Meet customers directly

in residential areas

using qualified TELUS leads. Learn how to create value-driven conversations and build lasting relationships.

Working With Your Team

- Collaborate with a driven group of peers who share strategies, challenge each other, and push for results.

Learning to Excel

- Begin with a structured 6-week onboarding program designed to set you up for success in sales and beyond.

What We're Looking For

Experience

: 1-2 years in sales is an asset, but not required. Hospitality, retail, or any client-facing background is also valuable.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

Communication

: Clear, confident, and engaging with people one-on-one or in group settings.

Drive

: Individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on long-term growth.
