We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior QMS Coordinator and Internal Auditor

to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing, while contributing to Hercules' commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Assisting with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. Ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Helping to track, monitor, and report on corrective and preventive actions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and promote a culture of quality. Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support audits and certifications. Regular travel throughout Canada is required

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) Experience or training in ISO 9001, Quality Management systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (French considered a strong asset) Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong professional relationships. Courage to raise issues and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
