We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Project Coordinator to join our our Low-Rise Residential Construction Team. This role is essential in supporting project management activities across various initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of project management methodologies and residential construction.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage the document control process and oversee RFI's, Submittals, Drawings & Documents.
Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to track progress and action items.
Utilize project management software such as Procore & Microsoft Project for tracking project schedules and deliverables.
Completing Estimating & Takeoffs for various scopes of work.
Complete trade safety orientations and manage safety submittals.
Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
Work with the Project team to tender and procure contracts.
Experience
Degree or Certificate in Construction Management.
0-2 years of experience in Project Coordination/Management.
Basic understanding of OBC.
Strong written & verbal communiation skills.
1-2 Co-op Semesters in residential construction in the GTA.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
