Assist Dept. Heads with Admin work

  • Purchase Orders, Final Actuals, Invoice processing, data collection, research etc on an as needed basis.
Assist any potential freelancers with Admin work
  • Purchase Orders, Final Actuals and Invoice processing
  • Liase with HR/IT for system setups. ie: Teams/Email
Production Responsibilities:
  • Help identify potential suppliers, focused primarily in-house and occasionally outside.
  • Post & Sound Recording
  • Identify and manage all facets of work, per brand, including
  • Generating estimates, pre-production organization, post-production and schedules for internal and client deadlines
  • Producing research material, Social, OLV\'s, revisions & Radio
  • Collaborate with Broadcast Traffic to manage talent/business aspects including production bidding, talent engagement and contracting: business and talent management.
  • Provide estimates for smaller stock footage requests and assets for various clients
  • Update internal file sharing platform with final estimates & completion reports.
Deliver
  • Ensure best production practices throughout department while leveraging best business procedures to achieve measurable production value.
  • Balance creative enhancement and financial efficiency throughout project.
  • Ensure adherence to technical, financial, and legal specifications through effective communication and support.
Ongoing Responsibilities
  • Update lionbox with the following items on an ongoing basis:
  • Templates/All Producer Completion Reports/Estimates/Freelance Job Files
Qualifications
  • Great communication skills
  • Organized and detailed
  • Is collaborative and a team player
  • 1+ years of related work experience and/or education required.
