Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Jr. Pizza Maker

to join our culinary team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn the art of pizza making and grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with dough preparation, stretching, and topping pizzas according to recipes and standards Prepare fresh ingredients daily (slicing, chopping, portioning) Monitor pizza ovens and ensure proper cooking times and temperatures Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines Support senior pizza makers and kitchen staff as needed Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently Assist with inventory rotation and stock management Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset Strong interest in learning the craft of pizza making Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the role Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
