What We're Looking For
We're searching for a Jr. Paid Media Specialist who thrives in execution and optimization and can stay highly organized while working in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, enjoys working with ads, and wants to improve campaign performance through testing and analysis.

What You'll Be Doing
• Launching and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Setting up and managing conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Creating and maintaining reports in Databox and Looker Studio , ensuring they include commentary on optimizations, work completed, and key strategic insights.
• Running A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments to improve results.
• Developing and following structured processes , and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency within the team's campaign execution.
• Collaborating with the accounts and content team to align media buying efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost controls.
What Makes You a Great Fit
? 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (but 0 experience will be considered if you show a strong willingness to learn and can demonstrate your fit in other ways).
? Comfortable working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
? Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
? Strong analytical skills - you love numbers, data, and making decisions based on insights.
? Detail-oriented and highly organized , able to follow and improve processes to keep things running smoothly.
? Excellent communication skills , especially in reporting and presenting findings with clear insights and next steps.
? Willing to learn and adapt - digital marketing moves fast, and we need someone who can keep up.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)
? Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
? Experience with marketing automation tools (MailerLite, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
? Basic knowledge of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
? Experience working on lead generation campaigns for local businesses.
