The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Clinic Implementation team, the Junior Implementation Manager will play a key supporting role in the national onboarding and launch of new Sentrex clinics across all therapeutic areas.
Working under the guidance of the Clinic Implementation Leadership, this role supports site setup, operational readiness, documentation, and technology integration activities.
The Junior Implementation Manager will coordinate cross-functional tasks, track project timelines, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure clinics are launched on schedule and aligned with Sentrex's operational standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position involves regular collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and construction partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates solid project management fundamentals, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Clinic Implementation Support
Support the planning, setup, and onboarding of new PerCuro and partner clinics into the Sentrex network.
Assist in the coordination of cross-functional workstreams (construction, IT, QA, PSP, HR, and pharmacy).
Track project milestones and deliverables using standardized templates and trackers.
Prepare operational readiness checklists and gather status updates from internal teams.
Participate in site meetings and support post-launch stabilization activities.
Ensure all implementation activities are aligned with approved timelines and scope.
Technology & Systems Coordination
Support integration of software platforms
Document system access needs and coordinate with IT for configuration and setup.
Assist with testing, validation, and rollout communications for new system features.
Write and Maintain version-controlled documentation for SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
Operational Excellence
Assist in documenting workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
Help collect and compile operational data for reporting and KPI tracking.
Monitor clinic ramp-up progress and flag potential risks or gaps for review.
Support lessons-learned reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Coordinate communication between internal departments (Client Solutions, QA, IT, HR, PSP, etc.).
Support logistics and communication with external partners, including clinic HCPs and vendors.
Prepare meeting summaries, action logs, and status reports for leadership review.
Escalate project risks or delays promptly to the Senior Implementation Manager.
Team & Administrative Support
Maintain centralized documentation in shared folders and trackers.
Support leadership with documentation, scheduling, and reporting needs.
Contribute to the development of implementation playbooks and knowledge-sharing tools.
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field or comparable work experience
Strong knowledge of Patient Support Programs and their associated services
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management with the ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities and timelines
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and analyze problems
Critical thinking, judgement, strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of delivery
Excellent listening and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities
Strong attention to deadlines
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Project Management tools, methodologies and best practices
Proven customer facing and facilitation experience
