Jr Graphics Designer

to assist with the execution of day-to-day marketing activities.

Position Overview

The

Jr Graphics Designer

will collaborate closely with the

marketing team

to ensure the smooth execution of creative marketing projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start their career in graphics design/digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (55%)

Produce engaging visual and written content to support marketing objectives across social, web, and e-commerce. Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and support campaigns. Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and creative tools.

Photography & Videography Support (40%)

Capture and edit product images using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop. Assist in video production and editing using Adobe Premiere. Prepare photography sets and handle wheels/tires as required. Optimize content for SEO and social media engagement.

Project Management & Communication (5%)

Coordinate with team via Slack and Asana to meet deadlines. Organize and manage a digital asset library for quick access by the team.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.

Skills & Experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong foundational design, image & video editing knowledge. Proficiency with Asana, Slack and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is an asset.
