Responsibilities:



Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers

Ensure daily communication with Plumbing team

Operate and drive steam truck

Operate high pressure/high heat hoses to clean building drain lines

Operate drain cleaning augers

Repair/replace drain piping as needed including the install of drain clean-outs

Operate video inspection/locating equipment

Clean and maintain all equipment and steam truck

Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet



Experience and Educational Requirements:



Minimum 2 years drain cleaning experience required



Technical Requirements:



Working knowledge of English both verbal and written

Valid Driver's license and driver's abstract required

Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset

Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained

Have the physical stamina to lift heavy pipes weighing in excess of 25 kilograms

Ability to be on your feet for long periods and sometimes work in cramped positions
