Position Title: JR Controller

Location: Chilliwack, BC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A/P, A/R, Cash management, payroll, and general ledger entries Assisting accounting team when issues arise including correcting entries and research/resolve complex accounting issues Month end assurance, reviews, reconciliations and adjusting entries for internal statement preparation Own the process document library and keep it current Manage team workloads and deliver on-time projects Analyze G/L expenses for actual vs. budget and provide insight and recommendations Maintain fixed and intangible asset depreciation schedules Provide vacation coverage for junior accounting staff

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proactive, self-motivated, decisive, driven and committed to organizational success

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
