About the Role
We're looking for a

In this role, you'll manage the full cycle of project accounting -- from job setup, budgeting, and cost tracking to financial reporting and final reconciliation. You'll also play a major part in contract management, job costing, and performance analysis to support informed decision-making across our development portfolio.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle project accounting from job setup through closeout, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
Develop, update and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and costs reports to track financial performance.
Oversee project costing, including cost coding reviews, purchase orders, and cost reconciliations.
Review and process contracts, subcontracts, and change orders in accordance with project terms.
Track and record change orders and analyze budget variances to support cost control.
Prepare, review, and distribute monthly progress and lender draws, along with project health reports outlining cost, schedule, variance, and risk metrics.
Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, and cross-functional teams to align cost, schedule, and financial data.
Conduct profitability, performance, and trend analyses to support decision-making and enhance project execution.
Report on contract changes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other business metrics to support divisional and organizational objectives.
Participate in ad hoc analyses, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate and timely cost and performance data.
Work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy of cost and financial reporting for projects.
Be able to present project information to various levels of Westrich management and are comfortable taking an active role in project meetings.

Proficient with accounting software (Eclipse) is an advantage but not a requirement.
Advanced Excel skills.
