THE OPPORTUNITY: Stewart Farms, a wellness-focused cannabis company, is on the hunt for a Jr. Business Development Representative to join our team of passionate cannabis pros. As a Jr. Business Development Representative, you will interact with existing, as well as, potential customers, primarily by phone and email. The main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness of the Company\'s products by creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer\'s buying experience. We need someone who is outgoing and self-motivated as this is a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, so buckle up and hold on tight! We need someone who can think on their feet, pivot quickly, and keep a sense of humor about it all (because we\'re a fun bunch!). This will be a split role that will also have responsibilities servicing customers within our farm gate dispensary store. So, prior retail and merchandising experience would be a huge plus.
