Our downtown Calgary client is a leader in the commercial real estate industry and they are seeking a skilled Junior Business Analyst to support the internal brokerage team. This person will be responsible for researching and gathering specific commercial property information in a well-organized and time-efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Research and capture market information as directed by the brokerage team and other internal stakeholders.
- Contact external stakeholders such as sales agents, landlords, and property managers to collect relevant information.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings as directed, collecting data, and inputting it into the internal CRM.
- Provide training on the internal CRM to all new employees and interns as part of their onboarding.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Understanding and/or genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry would be well-regarded.
- Strong data entry skills with an exceptional level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Team-oriented and able to focus well on independent tasks.
