Junior Accountant

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong command of the English language, is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and can work independently once trained. Key Responsibilities

Assist with

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Manage customer collections and maintain an AR cash forecast

to support financial planning and cash flow management Perform

data entry, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records

using Excel and accounting software Support

month-end and year-end closing activities

by preparing reports and documentation Maintain and optimize

financial databases and records

for accuracy and compliance Assist with

invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting

Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounting inquiries Provide

general administrative support

to the accounting and operations departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)

1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience

in an office environment

Strong proficiency in Excel

and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent

attention to detail

, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work

independently and as part of a team

Strong

oral and written communication

skills in English Experience with

accounting software

(QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an asset Knowledge of the

fire and life safety industry

is an advantage, but not required
