Job Description

```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with construction teams to plan and install plumbing systems during new construction or remodeling projects
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty plumbing parts, such as pipes, valves, faucets, or fixtures
- Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems

```Skills```
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
- Strong carpentry skills for cutting, fitting, and assembling pipes and fittings
- Mechanical knowledge to understand the functioning of plumbing systems and components
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move equipment or materials
- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools used in plumbing work, such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and pliers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints to understand the layout of plumbing systems
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, angles, and dimensions
- Welding skills for joining pipes or fittings when required
- Ability to build or construct support structures for pipes or fixtures

- Must have knowledge of hot water heating and boiler systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
