Bourgault Industries is looking for a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in St. Brieux, SK. We\'re looking for a hardworking team player who has in-depth knowledge of fabrication equipment and electrical systems. The purpose of this role is to provide maintenance and repair services to a variety of facilities and production equipment. This includes preventative maintenance, general equipment repairs, and major overhauls and rebuilds.

• Safely and successfully complete preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to equipment that experienced unplanned down time
• Document issues and suggest solutions to improve the overall performance of the equipment
• Keep equipment in a ready-for-use state by proactively addressing potential future issues

• Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician ticket is required

• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc.)
• Effective problem solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity
• Very good understanding of electrical systems/electronics
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Positive attitude, showing a strong desire to learn and improve
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide variety of tasks
• Willing to do shift work
